Any museum exists through the generosity of its donors, and a startup museum is even more dependent on contributions until its visitor flow can sustain its operations. Accordingly, several categories of Founding Members have been established. Founders will automatically be added to the Advisory Board and have their gifts memorialized near the entrance to the Museum. In addition to financial contributions, donations of artifacts and volunteer energy are also being solicited. Personal military memorabilia can be displayed along with an acknowledgment and a narrative accompanying the item. All such items will be considered on temporary loan to the museum unless the owner wishes to make an outright donation.
